At House of Visualz, we prioritize professionalism, clarity, and client satisfaction to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to delivery. To begin the process, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining 75% due once your proof link is sent. For your convenience, payments can be made via Zelle at (201)-466-8263 or CashApp at $MallysLsr. In order to respect everyone’s time, we ask that clients arrive promptly. Sessions will be canceled if a client is more than 30 minutes late without communication, and a surcharge will be applied if arrival is more than 15 minutes late—regardless of notice. While session end times remain fixed, clients may extend their shoot by the length of their tardiness OR MORE for an additional surcharged fee.

Tardiness
Late fee & Surcharged ADDITIONAL TIME
To respect everyone's time, sessions will be canceled if the client is more than 30 minutes late without prior communication. A late fee will be applied to all sessions where the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, regardless of notice. Session end times remain as originally scheduled; however, clients may choose to extend their session by the length of their tardiness for an additional surcharge.
Cancellations
24 Hour CancelLATION REQUIRED
If you are unable to make your session, please communicate your cancellation within 24 hours of booking to receive a one-time refund. If no notice is given within that timeframe, your deposit will act as a cancellation fee. You may reschedule within 72 hours of canceling to apply your deposit toward a new session, which must take place within two weeks of your original shoot date.
